SMS Terms & Conditions

Creative Cowboys Media, LLC, doing business as Creative Cowboys

1. Programs

Creative Cowboys Media, LLC operates three text message programs:

(a) Client Lead Alerts. If you are a Creative Cowboys client, we text you when someone submits a web form on your website, so you know a lead has come in and can follow up. Message frequency depends on how many submissions your site receives.

(b) Inquiry Messages. When you provide your mobile number and opt in through our website, our AI chat/voice agent, or a form, we send the informational messages you request — links, follow-ups, confirmations, and appointment or demo reminders related to your inquiry.

(c) Howdy Website Update Texts. If you are a Creative Cowboys client and you opt in, we text you about the website update and support requests you send to howdy@creativecowboys.co — support replies about your request and a confirmation when the work is done. Message frequency depends on how many requests you send. You opt in on our SMS Opt-In page by entering your name, business, email and mobile number and ticking a box that is not pre-checked. Opting in records your consent for review; a person matches it to your client account before any message is sent, and no client is enrolled automatically. Howdy texts are coming soon. Signing up now records your consent; messages will start after the program launches and we match your signup to your client account. To withdraw consent before then, email support@creativecowboys.co. Once messages start, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.

2. Opt-in / Consent

You opt in by providing your mobile number and giving affirmative consent (for example, checking a non-pre-checked box or confirming in our chat). SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply.

5. Opt-out

Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages. Program (c) has not started yet; to withdraw a consent you recorded for it before it launches, email support@creativecowboys.co.

6. Help

Reply HELP for help, or contact us at support@creativecowboys.co or 470-243-7517.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
