1. Programs
Creative Cowboys Media, LLC operates two text message programs:
(a) Client Lead Alerts. If you are a Creative Cowboys client, we text you when someone submits a web form on your website, so you know a lead has come in and can follow up. Message frequency depends on how many submissions your site receives.
(b) Inquiry Messages. When you provide your mobile number and opt in through our website, our AI chat/voice agent, or a form, we send the informational messages you request — links, follow-ups, confirmations, and appointment or demo reminders related to your inquiry.
2. Opt-in / Consent
You opt in by providing your mobile number and giving affirmative consent (for example, checking a non-pre-checked box or confirming in our chat). SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply.
5. Opt-out
Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive a one-time confirmation and no further messages.

7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
